RADICCHIO PASTA WITH WALNUTS AND TALEGGIO
SUPER SUPER EASY
While the pasta cooks Sauté A LITTLE ' Shallot or onion in a knob of butter Add the radicchio, cut into strips and wither.
JUMP IN THE SAME SKILLET PASTA, ADD TALEGGIO DICED AND BEAUTIFUL grated parmesan and a pair of walnuts into small pieces.
So quick and easy '!
